Refund & Cancellation Policy

silobase is operated by {{TODO: confirm legal operating entity — likely Peakure LLC}}. This policy explains when a paid report is refundable, how the release ledger subscription is cancelled, and how to reach us for either. It covers the two paid plans only — the free, no-signup scan carries no charge.
What you paid for
silobase is an upload-only static analyzer. It parses a Salesforce metadata export and maps every email-sending path — Flows, workflow rules, email alerts, Apex senders, approval emails, and org-wide sender + deliverability settings — into a blast-radius manifest, a safe-test plan, a deliverability checklist, and an exportable evidence ledger. It reads metadata only, never writes back to your org, and never sends email. There are two paid plans:

$99 Report — 14-day refund
The report carries a 14-day full refund. The condition is plain: if the manifest surfaces nothing beyond what the free scan already showed you — no additional risky email path mapped in the full analysis — email support within 14 days of purchase and the $99 is refunded in full.
To keep the refund honest for both sides, one thing to note: the report is a piece of evidence you download and keep. The refund is offered because the analysis surfaced nothing new for your org, not because you no longer need the export. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe; the time it takes to appear on a statement is set by your bank, not by us.
$39/mo Release Ledger — cancellation
The release ledger is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel:
- There is no cancellation fee.
- Billing stops at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access to the ledger until that cycle ends, then the subscription lapses.
- The current month is not pro-rated or partially refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Evidence you have already exported — PDF and CSV ledgers — is yours to keep after cancellation. Uploaded metadata can be deleted on request at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
How to request a refund or cancel
Email support@silobase.io. For a report refund, send the email used at checkout and the org or sandbox identifier from the scan so we can match the purchase. For a ledger cancellation, tell us the account email; you can also cancel from the billing area in your account. Data-deletion requests can go to the same address or to privacy@silobase.io.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, email support@silobase.io first — a refund is usually faster than a bank dispute, and the 14-day report refund covers the case the policy is built for. Opening a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us can suspend the associated account while the dispute is investigated, since payment and subscription processing are handled by Stripe on our behalf.
Legal note
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your jurisdiction ({{TODO: confirm governing-law jurisdiction}}).
