Cookie Policy

Last updated July 3, 2026

silobase — the Salesforce Sandbox Email Safety Ledger, operated by {{TODO: confirm legal operating entity — likely Peakure LLC}} — sets only the cookies required to keep you signed in. There are no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless, so there is no consent banner to click through. This page explains exactly what is set and how to control it.

The short version

  • Essential only. The cookies we set exist to authenticate you and maintain your session. Without them, sign-in does not work.
  • Analytics is cookieless. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not set cookies and does not track you across other sites.
  • No advertising cookies. We do not run ad, retargeting, or social-embed trackers, so there is nothing non-essential to consent to and we show no cookie banner.
  • Metadata only. Cookies are unrelated to what silobase scans. The product is an upload-only static analyzer: it reads exported Salesforce metadata, never your email content, CRM records, or contact data, and never writes back to your org.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. A cookie is strictly necessary (essential) when the service cannot function without it — for example, remembering that you are signed in as you move between pages. Everything else (analytics, advertising, personalization) is non-essential. silobase sets essential cookies only.

Cookies we set

CategorySet byPurposeDuration
Essential — authentication & session
sb-*-auth-token
silobase, via Supabase AuthKeeps you signed in and maintains your session across pages after you log in. Supabase provides our authentication, database, and file storage. Cookie names are prefixed sb-.Session, or until you sign out or the token expires

If you never sign in — for example, when you run the free no-signup scan — you can use silobase without these cookies being set.

Analytics — no cookies

We measure aggregate page usage with Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless. It does not store an identifier in your browser and does not follow you across other websites. No consent is required for cookieless, aggregate measurement.

No advertising, no consent banner

silobase does not set advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party ad or social-media trackers. Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary and our analytics is cookieless, there is no non-essential tracking for you to opt into — which is why you will not see a cookie-consent banner on this site.

Third-party pages

When you buy the $99 one-time Report or start the $39/mo Release Ledger, payment is handled on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Those pages run on Stripe’s own domain and may set their own cookies, governed by Stripe’s cookie and privacy policies, not this one. We do not receive or store your full card details. For the complete list of the services that process data on our behalf — Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, and the Anthropic Claude API — see the Privacy Policy.

How to control cookies

You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Every major browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — lets you clear existing cookies and control whether new ones are accepted. Look under Privacy or Cookies in your browser’s settings or preferences.

Because our cookies are essential, blocking or deleting them has a practical effect: you will be signed out and unable to sign back in until you allow them again. Clearing site data for silobase.io removes any session cookie we have set.

Changes to this policy

If we change which cookies we set — for example, adding a new essential cookie for a new feature — we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. If we ever introduced non-essential cookies, we would ask for your consent first.
